Arrival time
Arrival is from 5:00 PM. We will be there to welcome you and available to answer your questions throughout your stay.
Deposit
If you made your reservation through Gîtes de France and you have not yet provided the deposit of €1000, it will be payable in cash or by check on the day of your arrival. You can also change your mind and deposit it by CB before your stay by returning to your Gîtes de France account.
End of stay cleaning
If you have not opted for the end-of-stay cleaning package, you can always change your mind before your stay and return to your Gîtes de France account to add it there. Alternatively, it is also possible to change your mind during your stay ; just ask us and pay us €175 in cash.
Shopping service
If you wish, to facilitate your arrival, we can receive and store your groceries for you. You just have to order your groceries online via the Drive Leclerc Barbezieux and have them delivered to the Gîte the morning of your arrival, they will wait for you quietly in the fridge upon your arrival.
Bicycle rental
You have the possibility to rent bikes and electric bikes from our partner ABCM, they can deliver them directly to the cottage. Contact them at +33 (0)5 45 78 60 65 for their availability and rates. It is preferable to contact them at least 2 weeks before your arrival.
