Arrival and Departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM (we will make an inventory of the departure at 9:00 AM).
If you need to check out before 9:00 AM, please inform us the day before.
Preparing for Your Stay
Is there parking on site ?
Yes, you will find a non-covered car park that can accommodate about 4 passenger vehicles.
Are pets allowed ?
Unfortunately, we can not accept animals in our gîte, except guide dogs.

Do you have bikes on site ?
The Ptit Manoir des Miroirs does not provide bikes, but you can rent bicycles and electric bikes from our partner ABCM, they can deliver them directly to the cottage. Contact them at 05 45 78 60 65 for their availability and rates.
It is best to contact them at least 2 weeks before your arrival.
Is Le Ptit Manoir des Miroirs accessible for people with reduced mobility ?
Unfortunately, Le Ptit Manoir des Miroirs does not meet the requirements for accommodating people with reduced mobility. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding this matter.
What should I bring to Le Ptit Manoir des Miroirs?
You can bring your own food, drinks and toiletries as well as pool towels.
Is bedding and towels provided?
Yes, upon your arrival, all beds will be made. We also provide towels, linens for all guests ; pool towels are not provided.

Can I cook on site ?
Yes, Le Ptit Manoir des Miroirs has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It offers you an ideal place to share convivial moments and enjoy a delicious meal.
Is there a barbecue ?
Yes, for any reservation, we provide you with a gas barbecue/plancha.
Can I eat in the pool ?
No, it is strictly forbidden to bring food around or into the pool, as well as drinks in glass containers.
It is also strictly forbidden to drink or eat in the rooms.
Well-being and Home Services
Is there a swimming pool on site ?
Yes, you will find on site a private swimming pool of 55m² heated, secured by an approved alarm.
It is open from May to October and accessible from 9:00AM (to allow us maintenance) and until 11:00PM (to avoid noise).
Are washing machines and dryers freely accessible?
Yes, all appliances are freely accessible. We also provide consumables (detergents, dishwasher tablets, etc.) free of charge.
Is it possible to have equipment for children/babies ?
Yes, we can provide children's chair and beds upon request, as well as a baby bath with its sunbed, a baby pot and a child’s toilet reducer, plates, glasses and cutlery suitable for them.
Transportation and Travel
Can taxi rides be arranged for arrival/departure from Le Ptit Manoir des Miroirs ?

You can rent a car in Barbezieux (15 km from the gîte).

Reservation
How can a reservation be made ?
You can make fully customize booking on the Reservation page or by contacting us directly to establish your reservation together. As a reminder, your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your first payment.
Will a security deposit be required upon
arrival ?
A deposit of € 1,000, per bank imprint, will be requested at the time of booking. No money will be charged, except in case of damage or unpaid.
However, as bank fingerprints have a direct impact on your payment limit, you can choose to pay the deposit upon arrival by cheque or cash.
Do we have to pay a tourist tax ?
The tourist tax is applicable to all adults aged 18 years and over, per day and per person, it is returned to the local authority to finance expenses related to tourism. The payment of this tax is made directly during your online booking.
